Filmation seemed to do a good job designing characters that looked interesting, which I'm sure had something to do with creating the toy line (which looked top notch). I do remember thinking this Ghostbusters was a rip-off, but for some reason I did not care. Of course, back then we did not have the Internet to investigate what was going on in the entertainment industry.Dan Alexanderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14818108201214059180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6243478024385372739.post-89662345491804094582013-09-09T22:12:37.888-07:002013-09-09T22:12:37.888-07:00I remember catching the cartoon a few times on TV ...I remember catching the cartoon a few times on TV and not thinking much of it. Of course, we all thought it was a rip off, and didn't know how that could be allowed, or what the story was. I did however have the Prime Evil action figure and seem to remember that it was pretty impressive. It was an imposing figure and pretty rich in detail. Overall he's a neat design anyway, and they handled the translation to figure well. What really helped was that outer cloak that was real fabric, some sort of synthetic. I remember when you raised his arms, the fabric really sold it, folding and bunching the way his cloak really would. I had a lot of action figures over the years, but I think of this one often.Eric Scaleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12149591952925380521noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6243478024385372739.post-12387151775882480742013-09-09T18:46:22.724-07:002013-09-09T18:46:22.724-07:00Hey ImNotBad! And hey, the Filmation series had a red-head named Jessica, so I'm not surprised that you loved the show!Dan Alexanderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14818108201214059180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6243478024385372739.post-39275633036557600912013-09-09T18:35:43.784-07:002013-09-09T18:35:43.784-07:00I loved this show.
